4. Upcoming Events
   • May 4 (Sat.): Organized of Tikaboo Peak. (Details will be posted here later, but probably the same plan as previous Tikaboo hikes, meeting at US-93 at 9am.)
   • July 3: Scheduled nationwide release of the movie Independence Day which is partly set at Area 51--in name only. This is a remake of War of the Worlds in which half the planet is destroyed by invading aliens--but there's still time for romance among the leading characters. President and others take refuge at Area 51, and President, who happens to be a former fighter pilot, provides air support for final climactic battle. In the end, another fighter jock joins forces with computer nerd to fly a recovered UFO and insert computer virus in alien mothership. Earth is saved; heroines fall into arms of heros.
